Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased unless the event is cancelled.

Exchanges will be accommodated where possible.

All booking fees are included in ticket pricing. You will not be charged extra on checkout.

We offer discounts on various shows to students, the unwaged, senior citizens and groups. Carer tickets may be available on certain performances if accompanying those with additional needs. Please contact Box Office for more information.

Groups are welcome. Please book in one transaction under one name, in advance of the event. Group discounts are offered on selected shows, where available.

Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.

To comply with safety regulations all children must have a ticket for a seat, including children aged from 0-2 years who may sit on a parents’ lap and are admitted for free. This means you must let us know in advance to assign them a free ticket.

Staff and visitors must comply with our Child Protection Policy.
